RGF (former Recruit China) is headquartered in Japan, while its China region office perfectly incorporates Chinese characteristics into corporate culture development for filling up the culture gap between China and Japan, as well as facilitating local employees to further understand its corporate philosophy, in order to realize their collective wisdom and self-determination consciousness and jointly boost the corporate development. 


— Idea Contest
In February 2009, Recruit China Group (now renamed as RGF - Recruit Global Family), an overseas business group of Japan-based Recruit Co., Ltd., kicked off Idea Contest Campaign initiated by HR Department and proposed by all employees.The duration of this campaign reached two months.
Campaign Philosophies:  1) Enhance employee’s continuous improvement consciousness in daily job by means of corporate-wide involvement. 
                                    2) Facilitate the development of individual employees by improving their thinking and  proposal capabilities.
                                    3) Boost the service improvement with creative Idea derived from practices.
Participant: All staffs from the regional offices located in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
Outcomes: Totally 124 Idea proposals were received and 4 awards were given on the basis of feasibility, value and integrity. This campaign not only awarded prizes to the winners, but also brought these award-winning proposals into operational practices and acquired remarkable results.
Benefits: Stimulate employee’s continuous improvement consciousness, enhance their thinking and proposal capability, energize the corporate culture and facilitate the mutual cooperation among employees across departments and regional offices.


Kick Off
Organized by its parent company - RGF Investment Consulting Shanghai Co. Ltd., all staffs of Recruit China (recently renamed RGF-Recruit Global Family) gathered in Shanghai in April, 2009.
They had warm discussions and gave constructive proposals on the business opportunities and challenges of existing three sectors - ZEXY, Hujiaobeibei,HR Agent  for overall and regional operation. Employees from different regions communicated their points of view, shared the know-how and experiences, and described their expectations and prospects on RGF. Additionally, the participants of Idea Contest Campaign and MVP winners from various regional offices were also awarded prizes respectively.


Electronic Company Publication
Recruit China (now renamed as RGF - Recruit Global Family) released the initial edition of its electronic company publication - Journey of Youth (Quarterly) in July, 2009. This publication initiated by HR department and powered by of all regional offices was issued on Intranet in a form of electronic edition.
Philosophies: 1. Promote the mutual understanding and unity between employees and company by  communicating and sharing the corporate vision, strategic guidelines.
                   
2. Facilitate the development of individual employee by providing a grand stage for career incentives and self-expression.
                   
3. Constantly enhance employee’s understanding and recognition on the business pattern and philosophy of “Matching business” and RGF - Recruit Global Family’s ideal prospect image.
